Announcement of the Cancellation of the 2020 Academic Year Mechanical Engineering Degree Ceremony

We would like to inform you that the “Mechanical Engineering Degree Ceremony” scheduled for March 25, 2021 has been canceled.

Please note the following instructions for receiving your degree.

(1) If you plan to visit your laboratory on March 25, please notify your laboratory at least one day in advance and pick up your degree at your laboratory on March 25.
(2) If you are unable to pick up your degree in person, it will be sent to the address of your parent/guardian registered in the Student Affairs Information System at a later date, but please understand that it may take some time to send it.

Please return your student ID card to the laboratory when you come to receive your degree.
*If you are continuing your studies after April, please return your student ID card to the laboratory when you receive new one.
If you are unable to return your student ID card in person, please mail it to the laboratory.

*If you need your transcript or graduation/completion certificate as soon as possible due to employment or other reasons, please contact Academic Affairs Section of Dept. Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering for application and shipping procedures.

*For international students and students whose parents’ address is overseas, please come to the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Office.
