機械機能創成専攻 湯上 浩雄 教授が令和元年度総長教育賞を受賞しました。
総長教育賞は、本学の教育理念に基づき、誠意と熱意をもって職務に取り組まれ優れた教育の成果を挙げた教職員を表彰するものです。
本来であれば３月２５日の学位記授与式・東北大学授賞式において、総長から授与される予定でしたが、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の影響を考慮し、開催規模を縮小して実施した関係上、７月１日に理事・副学長（教育・学生支援担当）から賞状が伝達されました。
受賞理由：
グローバル安全学トップリーダー育成プログラムを本学で推進し、震災以降の東北地方の安全・安心学において大きく貢献した。また、本学の学位プログラムのさきがけとなり、現在も副理事として学位プログラムの確立に尽力している。
