吉田和哉 教授らのグループが開発した小惑星探査ロボット「MINERVA-ll-2（ミネルバ2-2）」について、NHK仙台「てれまさむね」で取り上げられ、吉田教授が登場しました。
「MINERVA-ll-2」は、小惑星探査機「はやぶさ2」に搭載されており、9～10月頃に小惑星「リュウグウ」に投下され、ミッションを行う予定です。
