航空宇宙工学専攻の浅井教授らが宇宙航空研究開発機構(JAXA)と共同で実施した「非定常感圧塗料」による航空機模型の実験が、米国航空宇宙学会(AIAA)の空力計測部門の2016年注目技術に取りあげられました。非定常感圧塗料は数キロヘルツの圧力変動を光学画像に捉えることができる最新の計測技術で、当時博士後期課程1年の杉岡洋介君が中心となって開発したものです。今後さまざまな科学技術分野への活用が期待されます。
